Write to support@steadytally.app. Say which iPhone and iOS version you have, and what you expected to happen. We usually answer within two working days.
Where is my data?
On your iPhone, and in your private iCloud if sync is on. There is no account and nothing is sent to us. You can export everything as JSON from Settings, and delete everything from Settings too. Details are in the privacy policy.
My habits are not on my other iPhone
Check that iCloud sync is on in the app's settings on both devices, that both are signed in to the same Apple ID, and that iCloud Drive is on in iOS Settings. Sync runs when the app opens or comes to the foreground; give it a minute on a good connection.
A reminder did not arrive
Reminders skip anything you already logged, so a done habit stays quiet. For a missing one, check that notifications are allowed for Steady Tally in iOS Settings, that the reminder time is outside your quiet hours, and that a Focus is not filtering it. Medication alerts can be set to Time Sensitive in the app's notification settings so a Focus lets them through.
Apple Health did not complete a habit
Open the Health app, go to Sharing, Apps, Steady Tally, and make sure the category (Sleep, Workouts or Mindfulness) is allowed. The habit completes once the day's data reaches the goal, for example 8 hours of sleep for a Sleep 8 hours habit.
A widget is out of date
Widgets refresh when you log something and on iOS's own schedule. Tapping a widget control logs immediately. If a widget stays stale, remove it and add it again.
I logged the wrong day
On the habit's detail screen, press and hold any day in the calendar to fix the log or add a note.
