About Steady Tally
What Steady Tally is
Steady Tally is an iPhone habit and medication tracker. One tap logs it. Every day becomes a dot. Over weeks, the dots show you what is working.
It runs on iPhone and iPhone Duo and requires iOS 27. Each habit gets the control that fits it: a check, a count, an amount with a unit, a timer, a 1 to 5 rating, a day avoided or a dose. Medication has dose times, a dose window, refill reminders and an honest adherence record where late doses count and are flagged. Habits can complete themselves from Apple Health, and widgets, Live Activities and Control Center let you log without opening the app.
Who makes it
Stephane Nguyen designs and builds Steady Tally, an iPhone habit and medication tracker, and publishes it on the App Store. The same developer account lists every app it publishes on the App Store developer page.
How it is built
Steady Tally has no accounts and no servers of its own. Everything you log stays on your iPhone and, if you turn on iCloud sync, in your private iCloud. The app contains no analytics, no advertising and no third-party SDKs. Data can be exported as JSON and deleted from Settings.
The interface stays ink so habits are the only color on screen, and medication is marked with round dots so it never depends on color alone. Insights state how confident they are. The app is a tracker, not medical advice: always follow your prescriber's instructions.
Who it is for
Steady Tally suits people with an iPhone who want to build daily habits or take medication on time, see their progress over months, and keep that record private. It is not available for Android or the web, it has no shared or team tracking, and it does not keep clinical records or give medical advice.
